E.P.C.O. TEAM II Information and Goals |
The E.P.C.O. TEAM II program
was developed as an Alternative School for students with disabilities
(LD, BD, OHI) grades 6-12. It began with the 1998-99 school year with a
maximum enrollment of 20 students, 2 teachers, 2 paraprofessionals, 1/2
time director, and a part-time counselor. Goals of the program
include: *Students will develop a strong sense of self-worth. *Students will develop a sense of responsibility and respect for themselves and others. *Students will complete the academic goals as described in their IEPs. *Students will display appropriate daily living skills. *Students will develop a plan for completion of the GED or High School Diploma. *Students
will develop a plan for transition which could include: work
experience, vocational training, employment, and/or college preparation. *Students will exhibit appropriate social behaviors at school and in the community.
