On Monday, April 8, a solar eclipse will be visible on a path across the United States. Bolivar R-1 Schools has been busy planning to make this a unique learning experience for our students. All students will be outside to view the eclipse. The district has purchased and will provide all students and participants who attend the outdoor activities eclipse glasses to wear during this event. If you do NOT want your student to participate, please contact your child's homeroom teacher or the building office. Thank you!

Bolivar Schools will be CLOSED tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17 due to some remaining slick bus routes in our district. The safety of our students is our number one priority always. We expect to be back in school on Thursday as temperatures warm up, and we are excited to welcome all of our students back to learn!
