In the event of an emergency, we will always be open and transparent in our communication. We will communicate with all staff and families.

• All phone numbers and emails provided to the district through the student information system will automatically be signed up to receive emails and text messages from the district and the specific building in which your child attends. These messages will be limited and important when distributed.

• If you are a parent/guardian/student/employee and not receiving emails, texts, or app notifications, please first contact the building in which your student attends to make sure your number is correctly listed in our system. You can also do this by logging in to the Lumen Portal. If we have your number correctly on file, but you still aren't receiving messages, contact Braden Berg, Communications Director, at bradenberg@bolivarschools.org.
